Booking Conditions
- Booking deadline: Postal bookings 7 days before day of travel, for
the weekend of 7th and 8th July, form to be received by 30th June, 14th
and 15th July by the 7th July and the 25th and 26th August by 19th August.
In person, with completed booking form at Brechin Station when ticket
office is open.
- Booking amendments: In writing by post, telephone or email
Caleyrail@aol.com
with requirements. A charge
of £2.00 may be made.
- Cancellations: A refund will be made providing 7 days notice
can be given. Any refund will be less £5.00 handling charge. If less then 7
days notice then no refund unless tickets can be re-sold then a refund will
be made, again subject to the handling
charge.
- Missed Departure: Subject to seats being available on a later train
a new allocation will be issued but a charge of £5.00 will be made. If
compartment booked then this may not be available and if this is case no refund
of the compartment charge will
be given.
- Non Arrival: On day of travel if a member of your group is unable to travel
no refund will be given for that person.
Compartment Upgrades.
For groups of 5 to 8 paying passengers (private) at £10.00 per compartment.
If you are happy to share, for 2 to 4 paying passengers
at £5.00 per compartment.
