Can I break my journey at Bridge of Dun? Yes, but we prefer you to make an advanced booking. Tickets on the day will be for one round trip  from Brechin. It will be possible to take a break journey from Bridge of Dun but there is limited seating. If you break your journey on the day, the seats allocated to you may not be available on the return journey.  Seats, may, however still be available depending on train loadings, but if not, then you will need to stand. 

Are there any other costs involved once I buy my ticket?  Once you have bought your travel ticket, most additional attractions on our site are free. This includes access to all the other engines and traction engine, the miniature railway, the bouncy castle at Bridge of Dun and rides on Classic Bus and entertainment from Mr Tubbs at Brechin. An additional charge is incurred for the bouncy castle at Brechin, children’s fairground rides and face painting.
