Booking Conditions
- Booking deadline: 7 days before day of travel, e.g. booking for
1st July then form to be received by 23rd June.
- Booking amendments: In writing by post, telephone or email with requirements. A charge
of £2.00 may been made.
- Cancellations: A refund will be given providing 7 days notice
can be given. Any refund will be less £5.00 handling charge. If less then 7
days notice then no refund unless tickets can be re-sold then a refund will
be made, again the handling
charge is made.
- Missed Departure: Subject to seats being available on a later train
a new allocation will be issued but a charge of £5.00 will be made. If
compartment booked then this may not be available and if so no refund will
be given.
- Non Arrival: On day of travel if a member of your group is unable to travel
no refund will be given for that person.
Compartment Upgrades.
These are available for groups of 5 to 8 passengers
(paying passengers only) at £10.00 per compartment.
Compartments may only be booked by telephone and
will be held for 5 days awaiting receipt of payment and a first class stamped
addressed envelope for your tickets.
