Retrieving Data And Stats
Example 1: retrieving an address list
- MarketForce! includes standard screens for maintaining data, though these are peripheral to the main purpose of the application.
- Data for individual customers can be reviewed, as well as for subsets or the whole of the customer data table.
- Customers who have asked to be excluded from promotional mailings can be flagged.
- Statistical parameters can be configured.
- The list of Product Categories is only visible when the 'Filter by' box is checked.
- The main campaign list and associated choice panels are disabled when the 'Filter By Campaign' checkbox remains unchecked.
- The Payment Mode panel is visible when 'Filter By Product' is checked, but ignored in searches unless the 'Filter By Payment Mode' box is checked.
Example 2: retrieving campaign statistics
- Product options are disabled, though they can be combined with campaign returns to discover if the product range promoted has gathered sales. If this is the case, the 'Filter By' boxes will be checked.
- Just one campaign is checked for analysis, though several can be selected to produce comparative results.
- No selections are made in this list, so all are assumed to be selected - the 'Filter By' box is checked.
- The 'Stats' button is live and selected, so a breakdown of total campaign responses for each medium will be returned.
- If this option is selected, the user can choose which fields are to be exported, from those available in the current database configuration.
- This panel enables the user to access a custom selection parameter, e.g. number of responses. None is available in this database.
