Hurst Castle Sailing Club is a small but lively and friendly club where the emphasis is on enjoyment rather than competition. It is situated at Keyhaven, a tiny, tranquil village a few miles west of Lymington. The village is in an idyllic position, at the head of a small estuary facing the Isle of Wight.

The river is protected from the open sea by a long shingle spit, at the tip of which is Hurst Castle, founded by Henry VIII, but extended over the years to provide a stout defence against potential invaders.

We have a full program of sailing events during the season, and there are popular social events throughout the year. We give a warm welcome to people of all ages, with a range of boating interests and levels of experience. We are very much a family- oriented club.
